#21 Contact Suppression.

base: ability to exclude contact from receivers of a certain campaign's messages or of all campaigns
1. Contacts
1.1 Add a page "All Contacts" to Contact List. It will display all present contacts for this user.
1.2 Each contact in each list (including "All Contacts" page) will have a button "Suppress".
1.2.1 "Suppress" button opens modal window, where contact:
	- Can be blocked for all contact lists
	- Can be blocked for a group of chosen lists
	- Can be blocked for this specific list (if suppressing is happening in a certain list, not in "All contacts")
1.2.2 Unblocking can be done at the same places with reversing actions.

Question:
If a campaign has 2 contact lists attached - both have one and the same contact in them, and this certain contact is blocked in one of the lists.
Should it be blocked for the whole campaign?

Advice:
Blocking contacts for campaigns as a direct action - would be similar as we'd return to prospects. It might have undesirable consequences
